ACCESS Toolbox Edition 64139 is a complete soft roll-up tonneau cover for the 6ft 4in bed applications below. It rolls toward the cab for loading and secures open with storage straps.
Application and installation details
- For the standard pickup bed without RamBox. Ram 1500 Classic and redesigned Ram 1500 applications are different; use the model rows below.
- Toolbox Edition leaves space for a separately purchased 19-21-inch over-the-rail toolbox; the toolbox is not included.
- Toolbox latch height and position matter. Some low-profile toolbox latches can interfere with the cover; follow the header-bar placement instructions.
Vehicle applications
| Years | Make and model | Bed and configuration |
|---|---|---|
| 2002-2008 | Dodge Ram 1500 | 6ft 4in Bed; without RamBox |
| 2003-2008 | Dodge Ram 2500/3500 | 6ft 4in Bed; without RamBox |
| 2009-2009 | Dodge Ram 2500/3500 | 6ft 4in Bed; without RamBox |
Cover design and contents
The vinyl cover uses hook-and-loop fastening along the side rails and adjustable tension. AUTOLATCH II releases both rear latches with a cord accessible from either side and latches automatically when closed. Open the tailgate to reach the release hardware; the cover does not have a separate keyed lock.
The Toolbox Edition design sits approximately 1-1/2 inches above the bed rails. The kit includes the cover assembly, mounting side rails, tension-adjustment hardware, cover seals and the application-specific mounting hardware. It is not replacement fabric alone.
Includes the toolbox header-bar arrangement used to close the area behind the toolbox. The toolbox itself and additional gap-filling materials are not supplied.
Clamp counts and single-piece versus multi-piece rail construction vary by application and production version. Follow the appropriate manual below. A bed mat, truck rack and toolbox are not included unless explicitly described above. Drop-in bed liners can require trimming at mounting points. Extra sealant for factory bed openings is not included. The soft cover is weather resistant; it does not make the bed watertight or theft-proof.
Manufacturer photos illustrate the cover series and operation; the pictured truck may differ from the application in the table.
