ACCESS ROCKSTAR Full Width Tow Flap H2010029 is a model-specific full-width towing mud-flap system. It mounts beneath the rear bumper using mounting brackets and removable retaining pins; it is not a universal hitch-mounted ROXTER or ROCTECTION system.

Construction, mounting and towing clearance
Selected configuration: Urethane Diamond Plate. The flap uses 5/16-inch rubber and a corrosion-resistant support structure. Model-specific brackets attach using existing frame holes; removable pins permit removal of the flap when it is not needed.
Not compatible with a deployable bed step. Designed around the OEM bumper and receiver; aftermarket equipment can change the fit. Maintain the manufacturer-recommended 6 to 8 inches of unloaded ground clearance and at least 3 inches with a load so the flap does not drag.
This configuration has adjustable rubber for trucks up to four inches above OEM ride height. Check actual ground clearance with the truck loaded.
A heat shield is listed as a separate add-on on the current manufacturer page; inclusion is not confirmed for this part. Confirm the exhaust heat-shield requirement before ordering.
Dually trucks require the separately purchased tow-flap extension for full-width coverage. Optional trim plates and extensions are not included unless explicitly listed for the selected part.
