REFUND POLICY

In the event of a return a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days of Black Patch Performance receiving the returned item

Return Policy

Black Patch Performance is not responsible for fitment issues related to any product being ordered. When your order is submitted you are verifying that you have ordered the correct wheels for your vehicle. If for some reason you need to return your wheels returns will be accepted up to 10 days from the date of purchase. Items returned must be returned in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on the item. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned orders. For returns call 540-784-1004.

MOUNTED WHEELS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS

If a tire has been mounted onto the wheel it is absolutely under no circumstances returnable. “YOU MOUNT THEM YOU OWN THEM” 

ALL WHEELS MUST BE CHECKED FOR FITMENT AND SHIPPING DAMAGE PRIOR TO MOUNTING A TIRE ONTO THEM. Once a tire is mounted onto the wheel it is considered a used wheel and is not returnable or exchangeable

THE RETURN PROCESS 

  1. Call Black Patch Performance at 540-784-1004 to explain the reason of return
  2. Make sure the wheels are repackaged the way they were delivered to you
  3. Get package dimensions and weight 
  4. Communicate with local shipping companies to send the wheels back to Black Patch Performance
  5. Send your wheels back to Black Patch Performance at 1054 Forest Grove Rd. Lexington Virginia 24450 unless otherwise instructed to send the wheels to a different address 
  6. Once Black Patch Performance has received the wheels your return will be processed and you should receive your money back in 3-5 business days
  7. Customer will be liable for a 25% restocking fee due at time of refund plus card fee. 
  8. Customer will not be refunded the original shipping cost that Black Patch Performance paid to the manufacturer

 

Damage Policy and Exchange Policy

In the event that the item arrives damaged we will have the item exchanged as long as stock is available. We will need pictures and evidence of the shipping damage in order to exchange the item. We have to have pictures of the damaged packaging to prove that the damage was caused by the shipping company 

For items that were signed for the exchange policy will be at the discretion of the manufacturer. Signing for the item verifies that you have received it in good condition. Claiming that the item is damaged after you have already signed for it saying you received it in good condition is viewed as deceptive. Some wheel manufacturers will not exchange wheels if they have been signed for. ALWAYS CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM BEFORE SIGNING 

If an item arrives damaged and there are no replacements available you will be offered a 10% refund on the item.

Warranty

Black Patch Performance is not liable for any warranty claims made by the wheel manufacturer. We do not make wheels. We just sell them. Therefore we can only honor a wheel warranty at the discretion of the manufacturer
